Here’s a list of questions we often receive and our best answers for them.
How far in advance should we book you?
As soon as possible - especially if you are getting married on a Saturday during prime wedding season. Most of our couples book us 12-18 months before their wedding.
If we cancel the wedding, do we get our deposit back?
Unfortunately no. The deposit fee is used to reserve your date. Once we’ve reserved your date, we do not accept new clients for your date.
Do you have liability insurance?
Yes. Many venues require the photographer to have liability insurance. So before hiring Uncle Joe, make sure he’s covered. (Don't hire Uncle Joe)
Have you shot at our venue before?
There's a good chance we have! However, if we have not, we will get to the venue early on the day of and perform a thorough walk-through to scout out the best photography locations. We also do extensive online research prior to your big day!
Where are you located?
We are located in Hanover, Pennsylvania, but we travel all over!
Will we have printing rights for our photos?
Yes - absolutely! You may print your photos at your favorite photo lab or order professional prints through us.
We would love to work with you! How does the booking process work?
YAY!! Our booking process is easy! To book your wedding with us, we require a $500 deposit to hold your date exclusively for you two, as well as a signed contract.

Details & Prep
Details are an important part of the story and we love having time to shoot the dress, shoes, jewelry, invitation suite, etc. While shooting details, we're also capture some shots of the bride and her girls getting ready, and the groom and the boys getting ready. After details, it's time for the big moment - getting into the dress!
This is one of our favorite parts of the whole day!! We will find the perfect location for your first look and will make sure it is private and as secluded as possible so that the two of you have a special moment together.
While the initial excitement is still present, we will begin taking a few romantic portraits of the two of you. Remember, the light determines where we shoot.
Bridal Party Portraits
Make sure the guys arrive to portraits with their boutonnieres on. We will make sure to get some great shots of the guys and the girls both separately and together.
It's time to get married!! Cherish these moments as your ceremony will go by so quickly!
Right after the ceremony, we will take family formals. It is important that we have a list of the names of your family so we can move these portraits along smoothly.
Before your guests enter the reception, please allow enough time for us to take detailed shots of your reception. Also, we love golden hour portraits. After these photos, the dance floor is all yours! Lastly, be sure to let us know if you are planning a formal exit!
